About the Journal

FUTURES, The Zimbabwe Ezekiel Guti University Journal of Leadership, Governance and Development is a double blind-peer reviewed, quarterly and multidisciplinary journal, dedicated to serve the society with high quality research work appropriate for problem solving. The journal is produced bi-annually. The objective of this journal is to promote innovative research from a multidisciplinary locus. We would like to invite authors to contribute a research paper that uphold innovation for problem solving, the discussion of ideas, scholarly opinions and case studies of leadership, development and governance at local, national and supranational levels and coming from across various sectors of the economy as a re-address to the current and beyond societal challenges
