This study looks at the enforcement of corporate governance in state-owned businesses in Zimbabwe following the persistent scandals despite the existing regulations. A qualitative method was used to get opinions from knowledgeable experts in corporate governance. According to the findings, actions including restricting political appointments, implementing a rules-based approach, putting in place e-governance, imposing deterrent punishments and encouraging accountability and openness are necessary to enforce corporate governance in Zimbabwe's SOEs.
